Civic Engagement
The City of Saint Paul is a national model for civic engagement.  The city is divided into 17 neighborhoods represented by independent, nonprofit Community Councils led by volunteer boards of directors - people like you!

The Community Councils serve as neighborhood liaisons to the city council and various city departments.  They can help you find solutions for local, neighborhood concerns.

Are you concerned about something that's happening in your neighborhood?  Contact your Community Council to find out how you can work with them to find a solution to the problem!
