Parent Groups
NEAT membership is open to all parent groups and site councils operating within Saint Paul Public Schools for a $50.00 annual fee.  ANY Saint Paul parent or community member can be active in NEAT regardless of whether or not their school joins.

Individuals & Community Members
Any St. Paul parent, community member or community organization can join NEAT as a supportive member by making a contribution.  Membership contributions cover the costs of postage, mailings and events, and will help NEAT grow.
