Building Leadership

The Saint Paul Public School's Office of Leadership Development has overall responsibility for making sure the district's school leaders—principals, teacher-leaders, Site Council chairs and members, district staff and directors—have the skills they need to be effective stewards of our schools. 

The Leadership Model adopted by the district is built upon 28 distinct competencies important to effective positional leadership.
